INDEPENDENT EXPERTS FOR PRIVATE MARKETS

We help to save time, budget & reputation in private markets

Private markets have evolved from a niche allocation into a core component of institutional portfolios. Increasingly, private and individual investors are also gaining access to private equity, private credit, infrastructure and multi-asset strategies.

Private markets remain bespoke and generally lack the standardization and commoditization typical of public markets. As a result, strategic initiatives, new business lines, products and transactions can be particularly susceptible to delays, design flaws, subsequent modification or restructuring—with consequences for KPIs, P&L, client expectations and trust.

This is where Capital for Resilience Advisors adds specific value. Independent, experienced and with a global network across leading legal, tax & audit firms, regulators and academia.

We advise asset managers, banks, insurance companies and long-term investors navigating strategic, investment and governance challenges. We work with boards, senior decision-makers and cross-functional in-house teams on an ad hoc, project-specific or long-term basis.

INDEPENDENT PRIVATE MARKETS ADVISORY

Board-level advice for Private Markets

In private markets and in long-term capital systems such as the new German private pension channel, execution risk often sits between business strategy and those functions responsible for implementation: product, legal, tax, risk, distribution and governance.

We support decision-makers to assess critical dependencies independently.

We help to design a coherent, executable and board-ready architecture before capital, resources or reputation are committed.

And where capital, resources or reputation are already at stake, we help we decision-makers with an independent perspective to design actionable measures.
